- Details: The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines will arrive on October 22, 2022. They will be here in collaboration with the Community College Administration Program Team headed by Dr. Jeff Milligan of the Learning System Institute of FSU. There will be a Welcome event for them at Wakulla Springs on October 23 hosted by FSU. Let us meet them and show our Filipino hospitality. Interested parties who wish to participate could please sign up for the potluck below. Barbeque will be provided by Dr. Milligan’s group. Deadline for sign up will be extended to October 12.
